Terms of delivery

General

1to6ware is a marketplace offered by a private entrepreneur, where products are sold by Tmi Kukkanen Puoti (FI10014967, 1to6ware@gmail.com) and it's international branch named 1to6ware. 1to6ware reserves the right to change these terms of delivery by unilateral decision without prior notice.

Payment

You can pay for your order via PayPal, GooglePay or ShopPay or as an advance payment to our account. Advance payment is the most recommended option in Finland, we will introduce other domestic payment methods later.

Advance payment to the account takes place as follows:
Go to your shopping cart and select "Checkout" above the payment method buttons
Enter your contact information and press "Continue to send"
→ "Continue to the payment step"
→ select "Bank deposit" as payment method
→ press "Complete the order"
Pay the final amount of your order to account FI09 5082 0720 0403 36 / Kukkanen Puoti.
We will post the products when the payment appears in our account.

Delivery and shipping costs

The delivery method is available to us Posti's transport services. All our individual products can fit in a letter, naturally, a batch of several products may require parcel delivery. Letters and packages are sent by regular mail.

The delivery costs included in the order are displayed on the shop's checkout page in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. The price of delivery costs to Finland is a fixed €6.50 per order as an XXS package, including full tracking. Delivery abroad costs €16.00 per order.

Delivery time

The products in our warehouse are sent within three working days of the arrival of the order.

Right of return

According to the Consumer Protection Act, products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the day the products arrive to the customer. The customer must pay the return postage himself, so far we do not have a customer return agreement with Posti. We do not redeem and refund returns sent without paying the postage, but we refund the postage according to Posti's price list for returns.

Most of our products are on a 1:6 scale, but please read the product description carefully, because e.g. the tools are not on a uniform scale in terms of their size. So this is a reminder to watch what you order to avoid unnecessary disappointments and returns.

Customer service

If there are problems with placing the order or delivery, please contact our customer service. Since the entrepreneur is a shift worker, answering the phone is random, so the surest way to reach him is by email from the address 1to6ware@gmail.com.
